"MERTS covered the First Aid for our rugby game. They are highly professional, highly skilled and trained. We had a number of injuries and they dealt with them all.

One injury was particularly serious, a potential spinal injury. The way they dealt with this was outstanding. They took over, called the ambulance, laid on the floor to ensure the player did not move - her neck remained secure. 5 hours later the Ambulance arrived and the paramedics took over. Thankfully the player is going to make a speedy recovery.

We as Hub Leads and coaches want to pay a special thanks to MERTS and will be working closely with them in the future. You cannot put a price when things go wrong. We as coaches are looking forward to attending the First Aid training. Diolch!"
